Veterans From Mobile, Advertising and Digital Media Industries Join the Zannel Board of Directors and Advisors

Company Attracts Top Executives to Join Board of Directors and Advisory Board and Proves Demand is Strong for Viral Mobile Content Sharing

MENLO PARK, Calif. - May 9, 2007 - Zannel, Inc., the first large-scale viral mobile entertainment network that provides the easiest way to create, experience and share content on any mobile device, today announced the formation of an Advisory Board of leading industry experts to support the company’s corporate and product strategies, as well as the addition of digital media veteran Ellen Siminoff to the Board of Directors.

The Board of Directors and Advisory Board consist of senior executives from mobile entertainment, traditional advertising and consumer-facing digital media, all key focus areas for the company. Ellen Siminoff has joined Zannel’s Board of Directors and is currently chief executive officer of Efficient Frontier, the world’s largest search engine marketing firm. Siminoff was part of the founding executive management team at Yahoo, where as senior vice president she ran business and corporate development, as well as the small business and entertainment units.

Members of the Zannel Advisory Board include: Ted Meisel, previous president and chief executive officer of Overture, which was acquired for $1.8 billion by Yahoo in 2003; Peter Stranger, who has spent more than 30 years in advertising and marketing running major advertising agencies, including the position of chief executive officer of J. Walter Thompson, West; and Anthony Stonefield, chairman, co-founder and chief executive officer of Emotive Communications and previous founder of Moviso, which was the largest mobile media platform in the U.S. when sold to InfoSpace in 2003.

“Zannel is fortunate to have such a strong Advisory Board from which to draw upon,” said Adam Zbar, co-founder and chief executive officer of Zannel. “These executives joining Zannel is a testament to size of the mobile social networking opportunity, the quality of Zannel’s product, and the tremendous early growth we’re experiencing already on WAP.”

Zannel Experiences Surge in Usage Numbers
With the strong advisory and management team behind Zannel’s product and business strategies, the company has also announced the explosive growth of its WAP application. Page views of the Zannel WAP site have increased by 580 percent month over month since the company launched in early March, indicating strong, latent demand for mobile content sharing.

Zannel’s mobile content sharing platform breaks down the barriers previously associated with mobile video distribution, enabling seamless content sharing across multiple devices and networks without any disconnects. Content creators, big and small, can create and broadcast their own mobile channel to the world. Zannel currently has more than 10,000 channels of content with zillions more to come.
